Hitting a plateau can feel like you're stuck in a loop. You’ve been training hard, seeing steady progress, and then—bam! Suddenly, the results stop. Whether you're working on your fitness goals or perfecting your martial arts techniques, it can be frustrating when your hard work doesn’t seem to pay off anymore. But here’s the good news: plateaus are normal. In fact, they’re a sign that you’ve reached a new level. Now, it’s time to change things up and push through to the next phase of growth.

So how do you break through a plateau? Here are some practical strategies to reignite your progress.
