STUDIO BASED CLASSES
BOOT CAMP &
EXPRESS BOOT CAMP
30 minute (intense) or 60 min whole body approach workout.
There's nothing better than working on improving your body and health. These sessions will be motivating and fun and will leave you feeling invigorated and fresh.
£5 per 30 minute class or £7 per 60 minute class.
Boxing Fitness is an effective form of cross training that incorporates a combination of boxing movements, cardio vascular endurance and muscular endurance. This makes a fun alternative and also improves rhythm, co-ordination as well as burning calories.

WING CHUN KUNG FU
Wing Chun is a logical, scientific, yet simple Chinese martial art system, which was developed for practical and effective self-defence. It emphasises and utilises natural and efficient body mechanics, eliminating the necessity to use and rely on size and strength and is therefore suitable for anybody, regardless of age, gender, or physique.
Class duration 2 hours, price - £10.00. Class duration 1 hour, price - £7.00.
DNA FIGHT SCIENCE
DNA FIGHT SCIENCE is designed not only to attain a high level in the physical art of self-defence, but the emotional and psychological as well. Which is why it is now taught to the UK Police Force.
Developing all these attributes will enable you to use your instinct to the maximum.
Class duration 1 hour. First class is FREE followed by monthly membership.
PILATES (Starting 12th November at 12pm)
Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being.
Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. In Pilates the chance of injury is much lower than with other more strenuous forms of exercise.
Pilates also focuses on the mind-body connection. While doing the various exercises your mind needs to be constantly aware of your breathing and the way your body moves.

Natural Flow workout is centred around a body weight program focused largely around ground-based work which aims to improve, mobility, stability, strength and power. It challenges the body through multiple planes of movement and helps improve connection within the body and neuromuscular control for everyone regardless of their physical pursuits in or out of the gym.

Looking for a fun way to help you get fit fast? Then grab your rope and start skipping. SkipFIT is a fast paced, exciting new class that is not only high-intensity cardio activity, but it will also help to tone you up all over, targeting shoulders, bottom, thighs and calves.
And it's a great way to burn calories - up to 500 calories in a 30 minute class.

ABS & CORE
Abs & Core is a class designed to target your mid-section with a variety abdominal and core exercises. This workout focuses on core strength and stability, giving you tighter and flatter abs.
