Return to physical classes
Please see the full timetable details and how to book your place on the classes. As there will be restrictions in place, class sizes will be smaller but please don’t worry, we will always find a place for you.
WE UNDERSTAND NOW MORE THAN EVER THAT MARTIAL ARTS & FITNESS IS NEEDED TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE PHYSICAL HEALTH AND MENTAL WELL-BEING.
We have made extensive changes to the running of the studio following government protocols closely to ensure the safety of every single person.
The procedures we all need to follow when you come to lessons
Arrive no more than 5 minutes early for the lesson, this is to avoid lots of people waiting in one area
Use the sanitising station upon entry to the class
Bring a bottle of water and towel (if required) and keep it with your belongings in one area
When walking into class, make sure to stand 2 meters behind the person in front of you and walk straight to an available space 2 meters away from others – remain in this place for the duration of your visit
Stay on your designated spot throughout the class
At the end of class, wait for your Instructor to advise you when and how to leave
Please try not to touch anything on the way in or out of class
If you feel in any way unwell before class it’s very important that you stay at home
CLASS INFORMATION & BOOKING
From the 1st August 2020, we will be phasing back classes at the studio starting with BOOT CAMP on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Due to limited numbers of each class, if you can't make it we need to know ASAP so we can give someone else the chance to attend.
Once you have booked a studio class you will need to read and agree to the terms in the summary of safety measures document in order to participate.
